Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with a technical background in embedded software development projects to work with the largest manufacturer and distributor of household appliances in Europe and one of the leading in the world. You will be responsible for bringing next-generation home appliances to the market. Close cooperation with Team in Germany with occasional business trips.
Requirements:
- Technical background from Embedded Software Development projects
- Experience as a Product Owner in commercial projects
- Experience in requirements engineering, User Story creation, refinement, and management in form of Product Backlog
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
- Advanced product management skills
- Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and all stakeholders
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
- Well self-organized personality
- Fluent English in written and spoken form (at least C1)
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Available to travel on-site to Germany for enabling period and workshops (~week)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Product Backlog and content of User Stories
- Create, refine, and manage User Stories based on interviews and meetings with Stakeholders and Product Owner
- Present vision and introduce Product Backlog Items to Development teams
- Monitor project execution from initiation to the delivery phase
- Support execution of the Scrum framework in the Development team
- Provide high-quality deliverables, documentation
- Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
- Gather and process feedback
