Description:
Our customer is a 4G/5G chipmaker and leading provider of single-mode LTE chipset solutions to wireless device manufacturers worldwide. Within the Software team, you will be in charge of Modem platform developments and maintenance. You will be developping new features and you will be fixing issues related to all our platforms (LTE projects) : NB-IoT, Cat1-4, carrier aggregation, CatM.
Requirements:
MUST have:
- Good knowledge of C
- Experience in Linux kernel development and debugging kernel related issues
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting (Gdb, JTAG experience)
- Experience in Real-time operating systems and/or multithreaded applications with hard real-time constraints
- Linux experience is a must have
- Solid understanding of system architectures, including knowledge of ARM architecture
- Intermediate spoken and writing English
Would be a plus:
- Yocto/device tree and USB/PCI
- RF or driver experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Design SW features and defines SW specifications through documentation
- Development of software functions (drivers, framework, tools, kernel)
- Maintain and follow up SW features
- Software Integration
