Description:
The project aims is in developing CBRS SAS Domain Proxy, which will be an intermediary between field devices (50K+ of them) and the SAS (e.g. CommScope or Google or others, depending on the customer choice and contracts). The project satisfies not only functional requirements (HTTPS/TLS protocol with JSON as a payload, limited number of types of messages/requests), but also covers more challenging nonfunctional requirements (scale, reliability, etc.).
The product implements proxy for multiple CBSD devices, traffic aggregation, and analysis in a secured environment.

Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience in software testing
1+ year of experience in leading teams of 5+ test engineers
Strong experience in test automation tools (like JMeter)
Strong experience in networking and analyzes tools (like WireShark)
Nice to have expertise in WinForum and FCC standards
Nice to have experience in organization of testing RESTfull applications
Strong organizational and test process skills; estimation and planning activities
Strong documentation skills (experience preparing SDD, Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, Test Reports, etc)
Attentive to details and responsible, creative. Has passion to data analysis and organization
Take part on Web tools development and testing, tool architecture and design experience would be a plus
Experience in Agile and iterative development lifecycles
Experience in building project documentation systems
Good collaborator and teammate, with exceptional communication skills
Experience in telecommunication domain projects will be a plus
Passion for engineering; looks for novel and creative solutions to complex, systematic problems. Proven ability to look beyond the surface to understand root causes in building long-term solutions
Upper-Intermediate English (writing and speaking)

Job Responsibilities:
Set up Test team and processes from scratch
Manage the creation of QA tools that are integrated with Project Infrastructure
Daily Communication with Clients and their Partners
Work with amount of data, sharing valuable reports with all stakeholders
Estimate and Plan execution with the Team
Requirements analysis and proactive communications with team
Develop and maintain test automation framework
In cooperation with solution architect and team assure designed, developed and deployed solution is reach high availability, low latency, scalability and high throughput.
Daily Reporting that provides status of the project
Leading QA Team (3-4 FTE)
