Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Automotive domain and hands on experience in developing software based on AUTOSAR architecture
Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required
Essential Skills
Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Automotive domain
Hands on experience in Powertrain or Chassis domain
Experience in AUTOSAR architecture
Experience in Requirements analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Integration for Automotive software
Hands on understanding and experience with ASPICE processes – SWE.3, SWE.4 and SWE.5
Must be having strong experience in Diagnostics (UDS and OBD)
Must be able to interface between system and software elements
Must have experience in analyzing and fixing field reported issues
Excellent C programming skills (manual coding)
Must have good understanding of various build and compilation techniques and methodologies
Working knowledge of scripting and build process automation (shell, Python)
Experience with ARXML authoring of software components
Basic understanding of ECU virtualization
Tool Skills
PTC Integrity
Eclipse IDE, Tessy, Polyspace
Enterprise Architect
Vector Davinci Developer, Davinci Configurator
Experience in using Debuggers like iSystems or Lauterbach or equivalent
Experience is using Digital Oscilloscope
Language Skills
Must be fluent in English”
Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
Capture and analyse software requirements from customer and related Systems / Components (e.g. Hw).
Ensure compliance to internal and external standards including functional safety.
Develop and configure application SW based on AUTOSAR architecture and using state-of-the art methods and tools.
Develop detailed design and implement the software units based on inputs from SW requirements and SW architecture
Verify configured SW by review, static and dynamic analysis, testing, etc.
Prepare and deliver SW-components for integration.
Plan and execute Software Integration (including Configuration Management).
Participate in review of software requirements and architecture
Support SW-PL on detailed planning and team coordination.
Analyse Defects and Changes.
Setup and maintain the SW Development environment.
