Description:

Our client is the brand name used by some of the mobile communications subsidiaries of different countries such as Germany, Poland and United States. 

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– 5+ years of product management experience in a technical field, with at least 3 years focusing specifically on AI/ML-driven products or solutions.
– Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to drive product development.
– Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and model evaluation metrics.


Job Responsibilities:

Technical Skills
– Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) and an understanding of model lifecycle and deployment.
– Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.
– Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment of AI models in cloud environments.
– Experience with API integration, software architecture, and managing technical dependencies.
– Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.

Product Management Skills
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve challenges at various stages of the product lifecycle.
– Excellent project management abilities with experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
– User-centered design thinking and understanding of UX/UI principles to drive customer-focused product enhancements.
– Solid experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and metrics tracking to assess product impact and user adoption.
– Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Communication and Leadership Skills
– Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
– Experience mentoring junior product managers and providing feedback to enhance team performance and growth.
– Proven stakeholder management abilities, including gathering feedback, aligning product vision, and setting clear expectations.
– Ability to drive strategic vision and product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives.

Additional Qualifications
– Familiarity with regulatory standards and ethical considerations for AI and machine learning, such as data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
– Experience in Telecom, digital marketing, or customer analytics is a plus.
– Passion for emerging AI trends and willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in the field.
