An operating system for brokers and private jet operators was also developed, providing them with passenger requests, automatically generating flight offers, and tracking their aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>GlobalLogic, in collaboration with Stellar, developed a fully functional prototype of a mobile app for iOS, software for brokers and operators, and a payment processing platform. The knowledge and experience of GlobalLogic specialists allowed everyone involved on Stellar&#8217;s side to effectively utilize Agile methodology throughout all phases of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The Method design studio developed the system architecture and worked on models of application interaction with users. The goal was to create a concept for the system and its user interface. The Method team collaborated with GlobalLogic on this project.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6001\" title=\"- GlobalLogic Poland\" src=\"https:\/\/www.globallogic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/stellar01.jpg\" alt=\"stellar01\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Process<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stellar&#8217;s expectations changed throughout the project. Close collaboration between the Method and GlobalLogic teams allowed them to quickly respond to Stellar&#8217;s needs, adapt to their operating system, and adapt to the evolving market.<\/p>\n<p>The Stellar team worked alongside Method Studio specialists in their San Francisco office, collaborating with GlobalLogic&#8217;s Buenos Aires team. During the initial months of the project, the teams co-located, which allowed for the development of effective collaboration methods.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201cThe GlobalLogic and Method teams came together to deliver our project, and we truly became one team,\u201d says Paul Touw, CEO of Stellar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Thanks to the close relationship between the client and the Method and GlobalLogic teams, we were able to design and develop various project elements simultaneously, leveraging our knowledge of the private aviation industry and user needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Result<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">GlobalLogic and Method delivered a fully functional iOS app prototype within nine months of the engagement, and soon after, the software for brokers and operators followed. Since the implementation of the fully functional app prototype in November 2015, three operators have invested in Stellar.
