Description:
Due to intensive growth in Japanese market, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite an experienced Project Manager to become part of the GlobalLogic Automotive team.
In this role you will take responsibility for a portfolio of projects within a larger Customer Lab. You will communicate with teams, other Portfolio Managers, leadership, and other internal / Customer stakeholders. We also expect you to play an active role in pre-sales activities and internal programs.
We expect the successful candidate to have past experience being a focal point for projects, participating in pre-sales as well as to have a proven track record in People & Customer management. Experience working with distributed teams & geographically diverse customers is also required. Technical background & experience in automotive domain are a plus.
Requirements:
5+ years in IT
Past experience of being responsible for the program / account
Experience in pre-sales activities
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding SDLC
Experienced in mentoring/guiding
Ability to take responsibility on the project, decision maker, proactiveness
Experience with Agile projects
Advanced English is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management activities will include the following:
– Overall coordination of several projects
– Estimation and tracking of the efforts
– Detailed schedule preparation and follow-up
– Tracking of the project status and reporting
– Tracking of technical issues
– Communication with internal and external stakeholders for project issues
– participation in pre-sales
