Description:
This role will be responsible for real estate portfolio and facilities management, coordination and collaboration with leadership team for the delivery of employee services and workplace solutions.
Will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, budgeting efforts related to all projects within the scope of the foregoing items.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of progressive real estate & facilities mgmt. and operations experience, preferably globally.
• Large, multi-site facilities management across multiple global locations.
• Experience and proven leadership in large scale project planning, reporting, and budgeting.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing relationships.
• Experience with global EHS and sustainability.
• Ability to conduct strategic analyses.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is required; MBA preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
● Be the Employee Services leader for all GlobalLogic’s sites in North America
● Serve as the main Employee Services point of contact in our Charlotte, NC location
● Manage on-site Employee Services personnel
● Ensure the day to day Facilities and Workplace activities are carried out effectively
● Support creative events for internal employees and coordinating events in our Charlotte office
● Working with the People Operations team on new employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
● Managing front desk support – including opening up the office and cafe area, handling parking validation, mailing work related packages, maintaining inventory of office, and conference room bookings
● Coordinate internal initiatives related to employee experience – employee and client gifts, monthly newsletter
● Manage communication with property manager and vendor relationships, including security and janitorial staff
● Work closely with stakeholders at each site to ensure appropriate levels of support are given
● Drive innovation and tactical activities with a focus on continuous improvement.
● Support the execution of the strategic initiatives for GL’s Employee Services department.
● Reviews utilization of space and facilities consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency and identify solutions that optimize the current facilities portfolio
● Build a multi year plan for space requirements and allocation, considering the specific organizational needs
● Develop a plan that identifies opportunities to drive cost savings.
● Support the creation of SOP’s & Policies
● Support the implementation of procedures related to Business Continuity Plan relevant to physical facilities.
● Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives relating to the company’s physical office facilities.
