Description:
This opportunity is for “ReactJs Frontend Lead” who will be the developer for Employee compliance system for DG07 unit.(S)He will be responsible for designing and developing the end to end solutions.
This position is located in Noida, India.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript (ES6), and other frontend technologies with the expertise to fuse these with modern web development practices.
- Architect and develop a scalable and maintainable solution from scratch.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux / Flux, and Webpack
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Protector, etc.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, investigated and solved UI performance issues
- Well-versed in unidirectional data-flow and Flux architecture principles
- Architect solutions, establish best practices, and introduce/implement new technologies.
- Integrate with REST APIs or other back-end frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.
- Experience in Onsite / offshore model.
- Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development project manager(s), business analysts, and customers to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
- Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
- Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high-quality delivery
- Responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting the front-end codebase.
- Provide technical leadership to team mates through coaching and mentorship.
- Understand, design and develop technical solutions for complex problems that require regular use of logical thinking, reasoning, and ingenuity
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
