Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement newer iOS/tvOS trends to maximize development efficiency.
Knowledge of working with dev tools like Jira, confluence, stash, etc.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Some background on android development would be an added advantage.
Preferences:
Objective C, Swift, IOS Dev
Job Responsibilities:
5+ year experience in designing and developing advanced iOS/tvOS Applications
Past experience working on Video applications would be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of iOS app life cycle, apple platform and capable of suggesting design alternatives.
Expert in writing high performance code in objective-C and swift using Xcode.
Familiarity with all features of Xcode.
Strong programming fundamentals including working with memory management, networking and event-based programming, thread management, etc.
Experience working with frameworks like AVF, core animation etc.
Utilize various DRM systems, obfuscation and encryption to protect user information and content.
Experience working with remote data using REST and JSON, and third-party libraries and APIs.
