Job Responsibilities:

 

• Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance and individual contributions.
• Collaborate with Technical and Product Managers to define and plan projects and activities.
• Develop and implement an architecture strategy.
• Facilitate team collaboration to adhere to software engineering best practices and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and defect prevention activities.
• Work closely in small teams to create well-integrated products with good documentation and reusable artefacts.
