Description:
We are looking for a GPS Support Center Junior Specialist
GPS (Globallogic People Support) in the Globallogic is a unique place where you can learn a wide variety of HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, recruitment, learning, Masterdata, mobility, and more. We support our colleagues as a 1st line support with HR questions and tasks. Moreover, we work closely with HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.
So in this role, as a member of the GPS EMEA region (11 countries) you will provide a wide range of HR support to your team colleagues, managers, and regular employees.
Requirements:

Customer Service experience (will be an asset)

Understand Global HR processes and want to develop in the HR area (experience in HR Shared Service environment would be an asset)

Fluent in English – written and verbal

Anchored knowledge of relevant HR processes

MS Office practical knowledge

HR systems practical knowledge (will be an asset)

Job Responsibilities:

You will act as a 1st line support for Globallogic colleagues.

Provide day-to-day support to Globallogic people with self-service processes (chat, case management)
-
Provide professional assistance for Globallogic employees with global/regional HR processes by responding to internal requests (tickets)

Participate in internal and global HR projects to improve user experience and deliver top-class service
-
Take service to the next level by ensuring professional, high quality and timely service delivery within your designated area

Work closely with colleagues in other HR teams

Ensure continuous knowledge anchorage across the team by updating process documentation and work instruction (addressing knowledge gaps in the team)

Create standard & ad hoc reports and statistics necessary

Initiate and implement process changes and automation across HR processes in the EMEA region

Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality
-
Learn the practical application of labor law in various European countries and become a seasoned HR professional

Collaborate with managers and employees across the world
