Description:
Inviting Lead C++ Qt Software Engineer to join a growing account in the medical devices industry domain. Our client is the global leader company of healthcare solutions, which contributes to human welfare by application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for people around the world.
Our team is focusing on designing, developing, and testing embedded software for medical devices, where the software has strong restrictions for safety and quality, power management, and memory usage.
As part of the GlobalLogic team, you will grow, be challenged, and expand your skill set working alongside highly experienced and talented people.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with C++
- Strong experience with creating GUI with Qt
- Experience with embedded Linux like Yocto or PetaLinux
- Experience with multiprocessing/multithreading
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, OOP principles
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell would be a plus
- Experience with Git.
- Deep experience in designing and executing unit & integration tests that validate interactions between components.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of modern development patterns.
- English level: Upper intermediate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the GUI with Qt
- Implement new features according to the requirements
- Conduct refactoring to improve application performance, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards, bring tech improvements, and optimize existing flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the system.
- Write unit & integration tests.
- Conduct code reviews
- Work closely with Architects and System Engineering teammates ensuring system architectures align with the intended architecture.
- Apply Agile development principles to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in architecture design and technology decisions comprising both in-house built and 3rd party software solutions.
