Our team is searching for a highly accomplished full-stack Sitecore Developer to join us
on our mission to create exceptional digital experiences.
As the mastermind behind our cutting-edge digital marketing online platforms and
websites, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development. Your
expertise in User Experience and design within a Digital Marketing environment will
ensure that our solutions help us achieve our digital strategy and goals.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Copywriters,
UX/UI designers, and the Development team, is key in achieving marketing-centric
experiences.
Your communication skills and innovation will bring new ideas to the table and help us
embrace our “Own-It” culture. As a leader in software design, you will report directly to
the director of Digital Experience and technology and require a minimum of 10+ years of
relevant experience. Join us and help us create a digital world with human-centric

Responsibilities
As Web developer you will be working as a team member on:
 Must have 10+ years’ experience on either Sitecore 9/10
 Sitecore certification
 Sitecore experience combined with front end dev experience.
 Experience on Designing MVC, razor pages instead of react view front end
 A plus is knowledge and experience Sitecore
  Understand of Marketing platform (Marketo)
  Frontend web development
  Backend web development
  HTML5
  CSS
  Content maintenance 
  Support
 Integrations with pivotal third-party applications
Requirements
Solid development skills including 
 Visual studio
  Working within a CMS
  ASP.NET 4.0 C# and above
  Developing responsive websites
  SQL Server 2008, 2012 and understanding of relational database concepts
  ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework
 AJAX, Jquery, Knockout framework
 XML, REST, SOAP

 API, Json and third-party integration
 HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and JavaScript
 Social Media integration
 Ability to follow user interface design standards, guidelines and documents
 Understanding of cross-browser and platform testing and a continuous delivery
mindset
 Skilled in SEO best practices in web development
 Website performance optimization
 Working in an Agile environment
 Exposure to Octopus Deploy or other automated deployment tools
 Excellent written and spoken English
 Strong knowledge of W3C standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
 Demonstrate ownership and understanding in all stages of the project/SDLC
lifecycle: analysis and design, development and test, go-live and support and
continuous improvement.
 Excellent problem-solving skills
 Experience with “headless” architecture

Desirable Skills:
  Windows server, IIS, TFS (source code control system and deployment)
  Video streaming integration (Vidyard, Youtube, etc.)
  CRM API integration (Netsuite, Salesforce and Marketo)
