Requirements:
- Graduate, preferably B.Tech or BCA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data ontology and knowledge management
- Excellent knowledge of knowledge graph and its implementation
- Good knowledge of Quality assurance testing and content testing
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great customer experience is required
- Preferred knowledge of AI based ontologies, their usage and implementation
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop ontologies and content models
- Build and train product Ontology to enable automated classification of items in the system
- Develop domain understanding for a category by studying sample set of items of the category
- Define a product relationship model for all different types of products available in the category
- Translate the product relationship model into the product ontology structure
- Train the product ontology with a sample set of items to classify the items
- Performs mapping of concepts to standard terminologies used by the client/organization
- Document and implement mapping rules to ensure clear and consistent mapping is performed
- Work with engineering team for data extraction and testing the output produced by script or software
- Performs manual testing and documentation
