Description:
GlobalLogic Sweden is looking for a Portfolio Manager to work for one of our clients within the Automotive industry with a location in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Requirements:
Good Experience in Managing the market expactaion, manage digital products to meet expectation including project and/or program management
Experience in working with multi-location/cross-country delivery teams
Good grasp of modern software development methodologies
Strong budget management skills
Upper-Intermediate English level, or higher
Expiriace for manageing teams of product managers and/or project managers.
Expiriace with digital end user products e.g. mobileapps
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally
Education – MS or higher degree
Indicative Experience – 8+ years in managing projects
Experience with Automotive and Industrial domain projects – is a plus
Business Analysis skills – is a plus
Scrum Master experience – is a plus
Hands-on Engineering experience – is a plus
Mandarin – is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
The Portfolio Manager primary responsibilities are focusing on the successful establishment and further execution of digital projects/programs/products, while at the same being a part of the leadership structure is expected to be involved in internal initiatives, cross-project support and process improvements.
Develop and align the portfolio strategy with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Prioritize and select projects and programs that best support the strategic direction.
Define and communicate the portfolio’s vision and goals to stakeholders.
Establish and enforce portfolio governance practices and policies.
Define and maintain portfolio management standards and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Evaluate potential projects and programs based on criteria such as strategic alignment, resource availability, and risk.
Prioritize projects to meet market expectations in time.
Make recommendations for project initiation, continuation, or termination.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the portfolio’s performance.
Regularly assess project and program progress against targets.
Provide reporting to stakeholders and senior management on portfolio status.
Identify and assess risks within the portfolio and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure that risk management processes are in place for individual projects and programs.
Monitor the financial aspects of projects and programs, including budgets, expenses, and benefits
realization.
Continuously review the portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or changes.
Adjust the portfolio as needed to maintain alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Make recommendations to senior management regarding changes to the portfolio, investments, and priorities.
Maintain documentation related to the portfolio, including project charters, status reports, and financial records
