Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
– 4+ years in Workforce management.Any web analytics and optimization tools like PowerBI, Looker Data Studio, Tableau
– Genesys PureCloud Configuration and WFM
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of data management systems, Like SQL, Athena, Datahoot Etc.
– Proper understanding of Python/RStudios to create algorithms.
– Proper understanding of the basic function of WFM, RTA, Scheduling, and Forecasting.
– Proper understanding of the Python libraries, which include but are not limited to Pandas, Pyexcel
– Proper Understanding of Short-Term, Long-Term Forecasting.
– Proper understanding of forecasting methodology, including time series, SARIMA, ARIMA, and SARIMAX, as well as VARMA forecasting algorithms.
– Work on the RCA and on the Post Morteum Analysis.
– Analyze Schedule Performance.
– Analyze forecast accuracy and create prediction models to enhance the forecasting accuracy.
– Good hands-on experience with Excel, Power Querry, and Mail Merge.
– Availability & Hours of Operation:- 24X7 availability.
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform innovation/ deep dive analysis to provide insights to the Client on trending or metric attainment.
– Responsible for generating, maintaining & publishing metrics reports for Key Service Levels and Critical Service Levels and providing data to validate the achievement of both.
– The reporting requirement is subject to change based on business priorities.
– Publish all daily reports for the Client as per the agreed timelines every day
– Publish all weekly reports as per the agreed timelines.
– Publish all intervalhourly reports on time.
– Publishing Schedules, on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
– Working with Different stakeholders Internal and external for smooth business operations.
– Work on the schedules for better scheduling accuracy.
– Analyze past historical trends and volume and create a prediction model based on Pyflux, KATS Etc.
