Description:
Our client is a global leader in financial technology solutions. The project you’ll be working on is a platform that facilitates the issuance and trading of illiquid assets, including securities, through seamless exchange/payment gateways. This platform provides secure interfaces for issuing wallets, transferring currency, and validating payments. It also integrates identity verification, authentication, and authorization capabilities through a robust combination of Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Wallet™ (KYW), and Know Your Transaction (KYT) features.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on financial technology projects
Proven ability to work constructively with a project team, driving requirements gathering and providing coaching and guidance where necessary
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and process improvement identification
Advanced English language proficiency
Nice to Have:
Experience in platforms related to financial securities or payment gateways
Technical background, particularly in system integration or fintech solutions
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of Business Analysts to gather and prioritize requirements in your dedicated area
Work closely with the project team to identify improvement opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, and elicit business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clarity and timely decision-making
Provide feedback, assert ideas that matter, and build strong rapport with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
Support negotiation processes, harmonizing different needs and avoiding conflicts stemming from information or role differences
Communicate with the client on a regular basis, providing timely reports and maintaining transparency
