React Developer
Requirements:
Senior developer is a Senior Engineering member in a Scrum team, responsible for ensuring the engineering deliverables are on schedule and on quality, on the application/product features owned. Works on design, development and testing of critical and complex features and also guides and mentors the junior Developers in the team. .
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of development experience in the applicable technology((Reactjs/Typescript), in designing and development of products/applications.
• Good to have skills (Figma / Adobe (Design principles & assets), Storybook / Zeroheight (Design System / component library, GIT, Maven, Bamboo/Jenkins/Harness, Ansible, Snyk, SonarQube, REST, Google Suite, Slack, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence))
• Well-versed in working in product engineering teams, following in agile development best-practices and adhering to all the Scrum ceremonies
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong coding, unit test, test-automation and debugging skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develops software solutions by studying the requirements, conferring with product owner, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Designing, Coding, Testing and deployment of complex product/application features meeting the defined coding standards and engineering best-practices
• Performs design and code review (post the peer-review), to ensure design and coding best-practices are followed
• Enduring assigned deliverables are delivered on schedule and on quality
• Documents and demonstrates software solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, charts, code comments and updating the knowledge artifacts
• Flagging any risks, issues, dependencies to the Team-Lead or Engineering-Manager for speedy resolution
• Effectively contributing in all the Scrum ceremonies in the team, to ensure sprint goals and objectives are met
• Ensuring development of complex product/application features, meeting the exit/DoD criteria
• Quick troubleshooting of issues and in coming up with resolutions and implementing the fixes. Works independently with minimal direction and guidance
• Ensuring the defined quality standards on the end-to-end product development life-cycle stages (i.e. design, coding, unit/integration/regression/acceptance testing, release) on the features owned
• Mentoring, coaching and supporting junior team members in providing help and support, to achieve team objectives and goals
