Description:
AMS is a Web-based portal supporting real estate investments life cycle. It also provides analytics and reporting capabilities to different roles participating on real states investment portfolio management.
Requirements:

Required experience and skills
- Between 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development with Microsoft Technologies
- C# with 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience with Javascript/HTML/CSS
- Experience with Object-relational mapping (ORM)
- Experience with WCF, WebApi, SOA
- Experience working with Git
- 5-7 years of SQL Server experience
- Must be a self-starter
- Must work well in a team environment, interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
Desired skills
- Experience with ExtJS, Angular, Dev Extreme.
- Experience with nHibernate, Entity Framework.
- Experience with Visual Studio Tools for Office
- Experience with SSRS, SSAS
- Experience with .Net Core 3/.Net 4.0+
- Experience in Private Equity or other Financial domains
- Understanding of SOLID, and clean architecture principles.

- Develop, test, document and deploy technical solutions using .NET, SQL, and web front end technologies.
- Contribute to level of effort estimated for requested features/solutions.
- Contribute to discussions related to technical designs and architecture.
- Collaborate with Business Users to develop user stories.
- Provide L3/L2 support for web application & auxiliary custom solutions.
- Provide technical analysis and present technical solutions to issues
- Participate in project sprint planning, execution and releases on Scrum methodology
