Description:
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in software development.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Web Stack, Python, or similar.
A solid understanding of AI technologies, including GPT and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong advocate DevOps practices and automating CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Oversee security, performance compliances.
- Design and architect robust, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Implement proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new technologies and approaches.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
- Develop technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and communicate system requirements to software development teams.
- Assist with solving and resolving technical issues as they arise.
