Description:
We are looking for Technical Project Lead with Instrument Cluster experience, to join one of our cutting-edge projects!
We are looking for an expert in management of all the aspects of HW and SW development focusing on the car Instruments cluster device, such as system requirements and components product cards, component specification release, supplier management, component bench, and vehicle validation, test plan, and reporting.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Lead or Project Management position
- Experience with Automotive driver display/Instrument cluster systems as a must-have,
- Vehicle-level system integration in terms of hardware and software knowledge,
- Experience with software/hardware Development Life Cycle: Systems engineering, integration, and testing in related domains
- Knowledge of Change Management flow
- Knowledge of Atlassian Framework (Jira and Confluence)
- Practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the development processes of software and hardware
- Support the requirements definition and evaluation of the technical feasibility of implementation
- Design and management of the Change Requests
- Design and management of the technical reports, presentation materials to communicate issues and project milestones, technical information to be shared with different teams and suppliers involved
- Support the Supplier in the development phase
- Support the development of advanced car features and functions and their documentation
- Interface with customers on system architecture through workshops and design meetings
- Coordination with other departments and suppliers (from design to testing)
- Project management (issues tracking and resolution, timing, etc.)
- Planning and managing software and hardware updates to the test facilities
