Andreea: \u201cAs an Employee Ambassador, I keep colleagues engaged by having open communication, involving diverse colleagues, and making activities fun and meaningful. The first event felt a bit awkward, the second one was more relaxed, and by the third, it genuinely felt like I was sitting at a table with friends! One standout example was our LaserTag night. It was a huge success! We had 20 participants, which at the time meant 20% of the entire Bucharest location! What an amazing night!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

National Collaboration: What are some other successful Romania-wide initiatives?<\/h4>\n

Since the Ambassadors Program thrives on cross-city collaboration, my colleagues shared some excellent examples of national success:<\/p>\n

Ela: \u201cThe most recent collaboration was a Padel event in Cluj, where seven colleagues from Oradea joined. Another example of national collaboration was Spooky Halloween Day, organized last year by Ambassadors from all over the country. We had an online quiz, decorations, and a pumpkin syrup idea to recreate the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte. And of course, I can\u2019t forget the Online Yoga Classes we organized with an instructor from Cluj. We had participants from all over the country, and everyone started their day with a more relaxed mind and body.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n \n\n\n

Advice from an Ambassador: Why should a future colleague join GlobalLogic?<\/h4>\n
