    Moving Challenge – Our Team Wellbeing Program<\/h1>\r\n

    Every small action counts. Through our Moving Challenge, we come together to move for good and show how collective wellbeing can make a difference.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n\r\n

    The Moving Challenge is our internal 6-month wellbeing program that helps <\/span>our<\/span> teams<\/span> build<\/span> healthy<\/span> habits,<\/span> all while making a positive impact on society and the planet.<\/h2> \r\n
    \r\n

    The program is currently taking place in 8 GlobalLogic locations across Europe: Romania, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Croatia, Sweden, Germany, and UK&I. It motivates our colleagues to get outdoors and stay active through walking, running, or cycling. <\/p>\n

    Participants track their progress through an internal app, which syncs with activities recorded on Strava or Sports Tracker. Every kilometer earns points through our internal scoring system, and a leaderboard lets colleagues see how they\u2019re doing compared to each other. <\/p>\n

    The program has six levels, with prizes unlocked as more participants reach the minimum point target at each level.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n\r\n
