Description

We are looking for Language Coach to train the employees in soft skills.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Language Coach with over 4 years of experience. This role is a blend of language coaching and quality auditing, ensuring high communication standards and service quality across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing team members on language and communication skills, while also auditing interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality assurance and providing constructive feedback.

 

Language Coaching:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on language proficiency, communication etiquette, and soft skills.
  • Develop customized learning programs to enhance language capabilities and overall communication effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members on grammar, accent, tone, and overall communication.
  • Monitor individual progress and performance, setting language improvement goals.
  • Use various training methods, including live coaching, video, role-playing, and group discussions.

Quality Auditing:

  • Conduct regular quality audits of interactions (voice, email, chat) to ensure adherence to communication standards and protocols.
  • Analyze and score interactions based on established quality parameters (accuracy, grammar, tone, customer handling, etc.).
  • Identify gaps in performance and suggest actionable improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and operations to ensure audit findings translate into performance improvements.
  • Generate detailed quality audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Deliver constructive and effective feedback in a supportive manner to help team members enhance their language and communication skills.
  • Track and report on the progress of individuals and teams regarding language proficiency and interaction quality.
  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives and communication workshops based on audit results.

Job Responsibilities

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a deep understanding of phonetics, grammar, and language structure.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to language quality, ensuring even minor issues are addressed.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze interactions and spot trends in language use, communication patterns, and areas of improvement.
  • Training Ability: Expertise in coaching and training individuals and teams, with a focus on language enhancement.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with diverse teams and provide constructive feedback.
  • Quality Control: Experience with quality monitoring systems and processes, with the ability to deliver clear feedback based on audits.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify communication challenges and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Language Coach, Communication Trainer, Quality Auditor, or corporate training environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Language Training, Quality Management, or similar would be an added advantage.
