The product (Integration Engine) is the enabler that brings systems together through seamless data integration. The proven, high-performing engine has built-in FHIR® capabilities and is designed for robust and reliable acquisition and exchange of health data. The comprehensive set of tools help to simplify interoperability in complex healthcare environments.
Intelligent mapping ensures data quality and cuts the time of traditional migration and conversion by up to half, reducing cost and risk while increasing continuity of performance. Rhapsody allows healthcare organizations to seamlessly share and exchange information and future-proofs organizations for emerging integration patterns.
Requirements
• 8+ years of work experience
• Experience in Java development, profiling and troubleshooting
• Strong delivery experience: design, task breakdown, risk and code
reviews, mentoring
• Strong familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
• Willingness and ability to undertake targeted learning and turn it into practical outcomes
quickly
• Excellent ability to work constructively with others and willingness to put others first.
• Reliability to respond to call-outs on time and ability to work systematically under
pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Familiarity with networking, operating system, file-system, cloud concepts and
troubleshooting an advantage
• Experience in Healthcare interoperability technologies an advantage
Job Responsibilities
Software Engineers serve on a team/squad that deliver industry leading healthcare data
interoperability. They participate in product and feature design and development from start to
finish. They role model flexibility, agility, and teamwork towards accomplishing assigned projects
and tasks at the highest level of quality and timeliness. They collaborate with Customer Success
teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with your squad and wider team on squad/team goals
• Support, maintain and enhance our Healthcare integration solutions
• Develop and maintain unit and automated end-to-end tests
• Maintain CI/CD pipeline
• Contribute to design, risk and code reviews
• Provide after-hours (on-call) Level 2 support on rostered weeks. Collaborate with our
front-line (Level 1) Support Engineers to resolve customer issues.
• Undertake targeted learning to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform other relevant job duties as required
