Requirements
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of overall Industry experience
• 3+ years experience designing and developing deep learning, machine learning, optimization and statistical models using frameworks like ensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet
• Very good understanding of Generative AI Concepts
• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Hands-on Exposure to vector databases, and advanced RAG.
• Hands-on explore to Knowledge Graphs is a plus.
• Good Experience in Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of the latest techniques in this space such as LORA adaptors, PEFT, quantization
• Knowledge of fine tuning LLMs including BERT and GPT based.
• Expertise in building software in an agile development environment
• B.S. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related science is required.
• Demonstrated strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
• Experience in practical training cycles
• Experience with GPU usage
• Experience with inference accelerators
• Understanding of encoder and encoder-decoder model architectures.
