Description
We are looking for a talented developer to join Avid’s Platform Engineering Team. You will be involved in the fast-paced development of a cutting-edge web-based media platform. Much of the work will focus on developing new media platform apps. Development efforts are aided by extensive use of automated testing to ensure that existing functionality stays unaffected by the refactoring.

Requirements
Several years of software UI development experience
Experience developing responsive web frontend applications with React JS
Experience developing and running web services in the cloud (using Docker and Kubernetes)
Experience in the optimization of web apps concerning performance and bandwidth usage
Experience in working with large-scale requirements for on-premise and cloud environments
Experience working in an international team within Agile Scrum methodology
Excellent English language & communication skills
Sense of ownership and proven track record of seeing projects through
