Description
A solution for voice, video and screen recording, playback and analysis for Public Safety customers worldwide.
It is the most powerful call logging software solution available today, specifically designed to meet the mission-critical needs of the Public Safety emergency communications environment.
It reliably logs and synchronizes 911 calls, including digital, analog, and VoIP calls, conventional and P25 radio transmissions, text–to-911 interactions, video, images, console screens, locations from geographic information systems (GIS), and integrated feeds from other sources such as CCTV video.
You will assist product teams to successfully introduce new products/versions, and champion supportability and preventative action on behalf of our customers.
Requirements
Essential:
- 5+ years’ relevant software development experience is required
- Proficiency in C++ and good knowledge in object-oriented programming paradigm
- Good understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
- SQL (MS SQL Server)
- Multithreading
- Experience developing reliable and scalable systems and services
- Strong communication skills, upper-intermediate English
Useful:
- Basics of C# (.NET Framework), NUnit, WinForms, WPF
- WiX toolset
- Working knowledge of software development tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Re-sharper, etc
Job Responsibilities
Developing functionality and covering it with unit tests; fixing defects and supporting the systems installed on customer sites; participating in peer code reviews; writing design documents and updating project documentation.
The successful candidate is likely to have a degree in an engineering subject, min 5 years experience in software development and be able to provide daily status updates, write documentation and communicate effectively in English.
