Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
-
- 3-4 years of experience in Web Designing/UI/UX
- Translation of PSDs into functional HTML / CSS mockups with CSS utilities such as LESS/SASS, Bootstrap
- Use of JavaScript, JQuery and JavaScript Frameworks like Node frameworks.
- Experience with HTML5, responsive designs which are cross browser and cross device compatible
- Provide insights into design best practices and previous experiences to improve website designs
- Integrations with Web Content Management systems, especially AEM components & client libraries
- Experience in performance enhancements for web page load and Accessibility standards
- Familiarity with browser & device testing and debugging & fix UI issues
- Adhere to coding best practices, and standards
- Technology based driven & must be able to participate in discussions with the Dev team in identifying right user interface controls and interactions
- Has implemented coding patterns and built UI framework
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Experience in integrating UI with Sightly (HTL), creating basic AEM components and touch UI dialogs is good to have
- Able to multi-task, manage and direct multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, caching layer and proxies used in the system
- Experience with to Source Control Systems, such as Bitbucket, GIT

Job Responsibilities:
- Translation of UI/UX wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements to the application
- Work cross-functionally with the UX designer, development team, project managers, business analysts and more
- Develop new user-facing features
- Collaborate with backend developers to execute implementations and provide design and user experience insights
- Maintaining and improving website
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Optimizing applications for better performance and accessibility standards.
- Develop Static UI framework which can be integrated across any platform
- Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI issues
- Good communication skills to work with Global Team
