Description:
Our client is a software company that specializes in providing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions for businesses. PLM refers to the process of managing a product’s lifecycle, from its initial conception and design to manufacturing, distribution, and eventual retirement.
The company offers an open and flexible PLM platform, which is designed to help companies streamline their product development processes, improve collaboration among teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The product is known for its highly customizable and scalable nature, allowing organizations to adapt and configure the software to meet their specific requirements. It supports a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial manufacturing, and more.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience around Solution Architecture and distributed systems
- 10+ years of very strong hands-on experience with .NET based Solution Architecture and Development
- Very strong and demonstrable experience around Kubernetes, Kubernetes Platform patterns and Azure Container services
- Strong working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and frameworks like Terraform and Helm
- Hands on experience with Azure APIM, Azure AD and Azure Platform services
- 4+ years as Enterprise Cloud Architect with hands on experience on private and/or public cloud platforms
- Experience working on large, transformational projects and a proven ability to bring disparate technical teams together around a shared architectural vision
- Very strong knowledge of modern cloud deployment patterns and architecture
- Demonstrated experience in architecting on the cloud native solutions on Azure
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Strong business mindset with customer obsession; ability to collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills to both executives and technical architects and developers
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic thinker, thought leader and problem solver to drive the standards and reference architecture across the organization. You will collaborate across architects, engineers, and business partners in the enterprise and drive simplified and modern architecture on the cloud to reduce our technical debt and bring agility to the business platforms.
- Drive architecture that is scalable, cloud first, cost effective and increases business agility.
- Lead the cloud platform reference architecture for Modernization initiatives across the Staples Digital Solution
- Define target state architecture and develop phased roadmaps that front load business value and deliver critical capabilities
- Trusted advisor for Cloud Platform and Event driven Architecture for delivery teams
- Ensure alignment of solution architecture to cloud first principles
- Provides architectural guidance and mentoring to multiple development teams
- Develops and documents current and target state architecture diagrams and mappings
- Provides architecture oversight of application and technology projects and programs
- Drive innovation by constantly looking at new technologies and frameworks that aligns with our future state vision and build reference architecture around them to evangelize across engineering teams.
Wage: From 3300€/Gross. Final salary will reflect your actual skills and experience
