Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Candidate with several years of experience within financial controlling, with a degree in Accounting and Finance or related, proficiency in English, good knowledge of IFRS standards, and be an experienced Excel user. The Candidate should have accounting knowledge and deliver tasks timely and accurately in high quality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of financial experience (accounting, controlling etc.)
- Effective communication skills in multicultural and international company
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge and experience with Polish VAT/accounting/trade regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of internal regulations and internal tools
- Both teamwork and individual work skills
- Attentive to details, thorough, reliable, well-organized
- Analytical skills
- Multitasking
- Proficiency in Oracle or other international ERP
- Able to make well-founded decisions
- Good accounting background
- Management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of month close process of accounting books, ensuring the books are closed on time and in good quality
- Ensuring completeness and correctness of data in accounting / financial system
- Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
- Reporting of financial results in relevant systems and balance sheet reconciliation – analysis and review of the balance sheet items
- Being a business partner for local entities: provide ongoing support (processes, analysis, reporting)
- Performing data quality checks and work on data quality improvement in cooperation with other departments
- Participation in the implementation of policies, procedures
- Responsibility for selected areas as part of the automation of the Company’s processes
- Substantive support of the accounting and other departments
- Cooperation with external institutions, auditors
