We are a team developing a cutting‑edge control platform for European OEMs. We deliver high‑performance, reliable software solutions for the automotive industry. The goal of this project is to optimize and expand our platform with new features designed for next‑generation vehicles, the software we develop targets automotive solutions destined for the latest models of European cars. This project is considered a flagship in technical excellence – we care deeply about maintaining high technical standards and we value motivation, professional challenge, and continuous growth for every member of our team.

You will be working on cutting‑edge embedded automotive systems, contributing to solutions that may end up deployed in next‑generation European vehicles. The role provides a chance to engage with real technical challenges and meaningful development tasks, where your contributions have direct impact.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in C++ development (C++14 or newer).
  • Strong knowledge of MISRA guidelines and experience fixing MISRA violations.
  • Experience writing unit tests.
  • Basic experience in embedded software engineering.
  • Basic familiarity with QNX (or willingness to quickly learn).
  • Comfortable working with command‑line tools / CLI.
  • English proficiency at upper‑intermediate level (both written and spoken) — necessary for communication with clients/team.
  • Good communication skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team — and willingness to learn.
  • A strong team‑player mentality — able to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Availability for on‑site work 5 days per week

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in automotive or embedded automotive projects.
  • Experience with additional real‑time operating systems or embedded build/test environments.
  • Familiarity with working for or with OEMs in automotive domain.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and implement embedded software in C/C++ for automotive systems.
  • Apply and enforce the MISRA standard — identify and correct violations.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests; improve test coverage and software quality.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements and analysis, through implementation and testing, to integration and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and clients to deliver robust embedded automotive solutions.
