Description:
Our customer is an Italian-based company who is developing a solution that allows companies to manage public transport carefully and to cities to be more comfortable for living. As a member of an international team, you will be engaged in building the Product from the first stage and will have the power to make an impact on the development process. The project just started and we are happy to invite a motivated person who is ready for challenges.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master in the IT industry
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
- Experience in managing a team of 10+ engineers
- Experience in managing customers’ expectations
- Proactivity and initiative with setting up goals, removing impediments, managing scope, schedule, reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
- Advanced level of English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PSM I/II certification will be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Working as a dedicated Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
- Assisting with internal and external communication within the entire development organization
- Coaching the team and the customer to understand Scrum methodology, practices, rules, and values
- Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Care for your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work as well as team cooperation
- Support team-building activities
- Take care that your team complies with the development process
- Driving an agile mindset and high-quality standards across teams and organization
- Fostering a learning and improvement culture
