Technical skills:
- Practical experience in Java, Spring, HTTP/Rest, Spring Boot
- Understanding the importance and practical experience writting Unit Tests/Integration Tests
- Knowledge about the AWS, Docker are is nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Bamboo, BitBucket
Soft skills
- fluent english (speaking and writting) as the daily communication with the internation team members is required
- good planning skills
- able to share the knowledge
- good communication skills (able to propose tech debt, architectural changes, discuss requirements)
- willingness to learn and progressing in gain knowledge
- knowledge about Scrum process
- understanding of product ownership
