Description:
As a Senior Manager, you will become a member of an Industrial division that specializes in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to industrial clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and success while working on exciting projects.
Our project involves the development of a cutting-edge digital factory initiative, aimed at delivering the most advanced Edge and Cloud solutions to our clients. We will be collaborating closely with a diverse set of industrial partners to ensure that we leverage the latest technologies and best practices in our solution design.
Requirements:
- Maximum of 6 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
- Experience in managing several team(s) simultaneously of at least 5 team members each
- Leading several accounts (projects from different companies or stakeholders)
- The financial side of delivery management experience (including project cost and compensation management)
- Experience with a variety of methodologies including (Waterfall and Agile ones)
- Ability to discuss technical/architecture topics with the client
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in technical proposal development and presenting complex technical solutions to clients
- Ability to analyze and understand technical requirements, provide recommendations, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong experience in customer management, governance, negotiations
- Advanced English (fluent speech, understanding & presentation skills)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, manage and mentor teams
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industries
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and team members
- Experience leading projects through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Candidate interviewing experience
- Experience with industrial, IoT technology stacks, SAP, GPLM, and other industrial ERP systems – will be a plus
- Experience building platforms with Edge and Cloud components, and working with Azure, AWS, GCP platforms – will be a plus
- A development background with a solid understanding of underlying base technologies in one or more object-oriented technology stacks – will be a plus
- Experience conducting technical interviews and participating in the hiring process – will be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Grow and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved.
- Work with sales teams and delivery leads to drive accurate and comprehensive project estimations for projects under fix bid, T&M etc.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and profitability analysis.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, including product management, engineering, quality assurance, and customer support to ensure project success.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, including coordinating and resolving technical issues with appropriate teams.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase project efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
