Description:
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and maintain the digital transformation product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify Replatform needs, market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends
– Work closely with Product Owners (POs) across various tracks to ensure execution of program milestones and releases
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transformation success
– Communicate transformation Goals, Roadmap, Value Streams and progress to stakeholders, including customers, delivery teams, sales teams, and executives
– Navigate unknowns and complexities to ensure successful transformation delivery
– Build confidence and drive transformation outcomes in siloed organizations
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related field
– Proven track record of defining and delivering successful transformation roadmaps (Re-platform work) and strategies in complex environments
– Strong understanding of digital transformation, industry trends, and emerging technologies
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to work in ambiguous environments, navigating unknowns and complexities
– Experience working in siloed organizations, building confidence and driving transformation outcomes
Nice to Have:
– Experience in Agile product development methodologies
– Knowledge of design thinking and customer-centric design principles
– Familiarity with data analytics and product metrics
– Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
