Program premie\u0148a kilometre na body pomocou gamifikovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, ktor\u00fd namiesto nepravideln\u00fdch vysoko v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt podporuje konzistentn\u00fa ka\u017edodenn\u00fa aktivitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program, ktor\u00fd bol p\u00f4vodne vytvoren\u00fd vo Fortechu (dnes GlobalLogic Romania) v roku 2018, bol in\u0161pirovan\u00fd samotn\u00fdmi zamestnancami a neust\u00e1le sa vyv\u00edja v\u010faka ich sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zbe. Po akviz\u00edcii Fortechu spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou GlobalLogic sa iniciat\u00edva v r\u00e1mci ro\u010dn\u00edka 2025 roz\u0161\u00edrila do \u00f4smich kraj\u00edn v regi\u00f3ne EMEA: do Rumunska, Po\u013eska, Slovenska, Chorv\u00e1tska, \u0160v\u00e9dska, Nemecka, Ukrajiny a Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva a \u00cdrska. Do dne\u0161n\u00e9ho d\u0148a sa do programu zapojilo takmer 1 000 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed spolo\u010dne nazbierali viac ako 740 000 kilometrov, \u010d\u00edm prispeli k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu emisi\u00ed CO2 o viac ako 150 ton v\u010faka podpore alternat\u00edvnej dopravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
