Job Description
- A Candidate should have atleast 12+ years of experiences in IT Product engineering.
- Technical manager with good understanding of Microservices/Product development based technologies.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience as Project manager
- Expert in project management, client handling and people management
- Well versed with agile processes – especially Scrum
- Is able to drive estimation, sprint planning and retro meetings – document minutes, follow up on actions finalized in various meetings
- Is able to maintain scrum boards and sprint assignments in tools like JIRA
- Should have good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules
- ML Knowledge
