Description:
KPIs for design attempt to measure: – How successful an end user is in achieving their goals while using the experience – How successful the design is in helping the business achieve its goals Example KPIs include: CSAT/NPS scores, engagement/conversion metrics
Requirements:
Experience designers at Method/Globallogic are involved in strategy from the beginning of a project. Experience designers conduct research with end users to uncover current pain points and identify areas of opportunity in a given experience. We then generate possible solutions to address these challenges, often co-designing with end users or key stakeholders. Once a particular solution has been prioritized for development, experience designers focus on designing, testing, and iterating on the user experience and user interface of this solution.

Bilingual (Japanese+English) JLPT N3-N1
