Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level
- Mandatory knowledge of Slovakian/ Czech/ Romanian/ Bulgarian/ Hungarian/ Latvian/ Russian/ Ukrainian/ Estonian/ Croatian/ Slovene/ Lithuanian/ Slovak/ Latvian/ Belarusian/ German/ Italian/ Portuguese/ Spanish/ Turkish/ French/ Dutch/ Norwegian/ Icelandic/ Greek/ Arabic/ Swedish/ Danish/ Finnish/ Albanian/ Georgian/ Bosnian/ Montenegrin/ Serbian/ Icelandic/ Japanese/ Hebrew

Responsibilities:
- Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
- Deliver high-standard service based on project KPIs
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
- Working in the ticketing system
