Description:
- Customer is a US medical Company that is dedicated to transforming patient’s lives at scale by being the driving force to decentralize the delivery of safe care into their homes or other preferred sites of care.
- Project provides health systems with all that is needed to safely care for patients, including the clinical protocols, reimbursement model, platform technology, and fulfillment of all the clinical services required in the home through partners. Clinicians and patients broadly prefer this model over traditional care; both clinical and financial outcomes are improved as compared to traditional care.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software cross-platform testing
- Good experience with software testing methodologies and techniques
- Good understanding of full software development lifecycle and related processes
- Good experience of defining and implementing of required testing infrastructure based on continuous integration approach
- Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively to the delivery team and the business stakeholders.
- Elaboration of test-related documentation, including test strategies plans, test cases, test reports, etc
- Experience in leading of a QA team
- Experience in hiring, mentoring and training
- Experience in providing accurate project estimates
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English skills
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of test related processes and best practices in a team
- Leading a team and communicating with the client.
- Defining and set up of test infrastructure
- Elaboration of a testing strategy for the project
- Elaboration and review of test-related documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports
- Estimate and plan execution with the team
- Leading the team of 5+ people
- Participate in technical interviews
