- 1+ years of experience in active recruiting
- Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes
- High level of interviewing skills
- Intermediate English (spoken and business writing) or higher
- Experience building partnership relationships with candidates
- Experience in reporting, analysis, creation of staffing plans
- Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Enthusiast, always looking for new ways of doing old things
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates who will join GL pre-hire activities and the company afterwards
Candidates selection for GL pre-hire activities according to the framework including phone interviews, in-person interviews and virtual interviews. Requirements fit and English level screening. Schedule the interview with technical mentors
Ensure the selection process with graduation students for GL
Regular communication with TAG department – updates on open positions and ongoing courses, notifies about available candidates, shares the list of not engaged training attendees with positive feedback with TAG team on a monthly basis after the course is completed
Regular communication with Delivery Management via 1*1 meetings, email announcements, L&D town halls meetings, and share updates on BaseCamps
Participate in open online or offline events (BaseCamp’s presentation, career fairs, hackathons, open lectures, etc) and motivate/promote students to join GL
In cooperation with Marketing Team, shares the information about BaseCamps’ registration announcements via LinkedIn, relevant students groups and communities
