Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Experience – 12 – 15 Years
Automation testing with Team handling and stakeholder management
Domain: Media/Telecom
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in balancing multiple software development or automation projects.
• Experience in working on digital platforms and improving digital customer experience.
• Experience in managing vendors.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Testing Methodologies & Key Performance Indicators.
Preferences:
• Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology.
• Experience in Software Quality Manager.
• Experience in Telecom domain.
• Experience in full project life cycle implementation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
• Software Quality Certifications.
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager you will ensure that all software developed in the agile and non-agile methodologies meets the required quality standards. The QA Manager will manage a team of QA analysts and work closely with the development team to ensure that all quality assurance tasks are completed on time and to the agreed standards. Working on new technologies, your role will involve applying your expertise to find unique solutions to complex problems.
• Developing, implementing and managing processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicating quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinating product testing processes.
• Participating in product testing.
• Identifying and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Ensuring the team has strong knowledge of requirements/features.
• Leading and motivating a team to execute priorities and provide new ideas and solutions.
• Leading multiple complex projects to deliver detailed releases, improve production quality, and meet business objectives.
• Implementing new tools and processes to meet business objectives.
