Solution Design:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for complex business problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Present architectural solutions to stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to architecture and solution design. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation in solution design.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead initiatives to improve architecture processes, standards, and methodologies. Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure solutions comply with relevant security, regulatory, and industry standards.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architecture. Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT solutions with business goals. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget. Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and development teams.
