Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience working and delivering successful transformation programs for Japanese clients
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding business Japanese. Ability to fluently conduct business meeting in Japanese
- Preferably JLPT N1
- Experience in defining Technical architecture and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint, including solid exposure to UML
- Proficient in requirement understanding and translating them in technical designs
- Proficient and hands-on experience on Core Java, Java Microservices, and Spring Boot
- Good understanding of DB database modeling and design
- Good Object-oriented concepts
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (at least one among AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficient in designing both producer and consumer types of RESTful Web services
- Good understanding of Unit testing, Code Quality tools, code coverage
- Proficient in understanding High-Level Design and translating that to Low-Level Design
- Experience in architecting UI applications on JS frameworks
- Proficient and hands on experience in designing web applications
- Proficient and hands-on design experience with web services rest
- Knowledge of javascript, jquery, html, html5, css, web programming skills, teamwork, verbal communication, cross-browser compatibility, web user interface design ui, object-oriented design, web services rest api’s
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills; solution-oriented individual.
- Lead and mentor developers
- Strong Experience working in Agile development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Preferences:
Bilingual (Japanese+English) JLPT N3-N1
Responsibilities:
- Gather required technology inputs, make required Assumptions, develop high level architecture and detailed technical design.
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible solutions to solve existing business problems.
- Evaluate new technologies and build POCs.
- Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, explore solution alternatives and help refine the solution
- Work hands-on with the development team to prepare/review detailed technical design, do code reviews, ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high quality.
