In our project, we are working to create a next gen platform, solution to build the most advanced business payments platform with one of the world leaders in Fintech domain.
Requirements:
1. 6+ years of experience with JavScript programming, REACT tools including React.js.
2. Deep knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
3. Skilled in unit test creation using React testing library;
4. Experienced with JSX;
5. Good command on English language
6. Must have exp in AWS environment
7. Passionate, Initiative, Start up organisation thought process of ownership
8. Capable to function independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team environment.
9. Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
Good to have:
– CI tools experience;
– Docker & Kubernetis
Responsibilities:
1. Interact with client for requirement clarification.
2. Technical Lead should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings
3. Should carefully analyze the details of all the work.
4. Lead will be the interface between the team and the management.
5. In order to lead the team successfully it is important to set targets and expectations for the team
6. Should have enough knowledge about the designing too in order to be involved in the discussion with the designing team
7. Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
8. Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and personal preferences
9. participation in the application development
10. Participate in code reviews11. Mentoring junior engineers
