Description:
Our Quality Management System serves as a tool to plan, execute, and control activities crucial to achieving our mission. It ensures we deliver services with high-quality standards, measured through user satisfaction indicators. Our QMS adheres to ISO 9001:2015 standards and is validated through internal and external audits, reviews, risk analyses, and customer satisfaction assessments.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development metrics and/or OKRs.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standards (desirable).
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 90003:2004 guidelines (desirable).
- Understanding of ISO 14001 standards (desirable).
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- You will maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Organizing related activities and contributing to continuous improvement across all organizational areas.
- You will autonomously provide process effectiveness indicators to management with minimal supervision from leadership.
- You will support company projects to enhance performance and mitigate escalations.
