Description:
The person hired for this position will be part of a team whose objective and responsibility are providing system administration of Atlassian Tools, its maintenance and support in the Digital Product Center of Excellence.
This position’s primary responsibility is to support Company Divisions and Labs in their use of all Atlassian products including on premise and cloud offerings of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Fisheye, Jira Service Desk, and all plug-ins for these products.

Requirements:
We require:
– Solid experience in Atlassian tools support and maintenance (infrastructure, accesses etc).
– Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraints
– Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications and Skill Levels:
– Atlassian Server and Cloud front-end and back-end support
– Understanding of team work using Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
Secondary Qualifications/ Nice to Have:
– Basic knowledge of SQL database artifacts
– Version control experience
– Build, test, and deployment experience
– Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraints
– Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills
– Both centralized and distributed version control systems (Git, SVN)

We need an excellent communicator with strong problem resolution skills who thrive on working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
– Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement, support and maintain Atlassian products/app and technology on various server versions (Azure, AWS, On-prem Server and Atlassian Cloud .
– Provide assistance and consultation to delivery teams and work within cross-functional teams
– Participate in the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance monitoring of Atlassian Tools
– Ensure 24/7 availability, optimized performance, backup, recovery, and security procedures adherence for enterprise-level Atlassian Tool implementations
– Participate in the data migration from Jira on premises to Jira Cloud environments.
