Description:

GlobalLogic has had a Lab since 2002 developing a wide stack of applications for the mentioned long term partner.
Based on the previous high level expertise and successful cooperation path within the Lab, we’ve got the brand new program to develop from scratch application gateway. Using this solution one of the major US Telecom Operator will integrate their legacy solutions and cutting age platform.
Applying this vacancy You will join the program with over 40 specialists, modern technologies used, AGILE (SAFe) development model, stable process and positive atmosphere. Going through the initiation, development, testing, integration, acceptance stages. We will be glad to see you aboard.
Requirements:
Soft Skills/Competencies
• Should be able to work with Logical/Analytical thinking ability and have the aptitude for problem solving and zeal for innovative & quality solutions.
• Attention to detail and Quality systems orientation
• Good attitude, interpersonal skills must be a team player.
Be a self starter and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Mandatory Skills
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Telecom application testing
• Should have good communication skills. Should have excellent analytical, aptitude and skills.
• Prepare test scenarios and related TCs, prepare test documents (e.g test description / test reports etc.) and have sharp trouble shooting skills.
• Should know the complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process, with ability to do test related estimates, perform both functional and non-functional test activities.
• Good in System characteristics understanding and analysis (CPU, Memory, Disk i/o, TPS)
• Basic Diameter protocol knowledge
• Proficient enough in Test management tools like test manager, test link etc.
• Proficient in any of the scripting language, Shell scripting, Python, Javascript
• Basic knowledge about Red-hat administration
• Hands on Experience in TTCN
Optional Skills (Added Advantage):
• Good admin level Unix knowledge.
